Sorry if my last entry seemed preachy...just very frustrated...I might be getting a laptop soon, which will hopefully end the insanity (unlikely, hehe)

hi yall, I have to give my apologies for greatly neglecting my responsibilites to the art community...my computer has been fixed, for a small (sarcastically) cost, and yet the meaning of the word fixed still remains quite abstract. What I am trying to say, is that I still can't use the thing properly. (I'm using one at school now). But, at the risk of recieving critisicm, (as if I care), I have to say the last month without my computer has been quite amazing. I won't go into details, mainly because yall probably dont really care, but I discovered something valuable in recent times...and that is the concept of "reality" or "real life". Basically my trust, and interest, in computers is severely in danger. Of course this has alot to do with my new environment, as you may have guessed. Your opinions are still valuable to me, however, despite my overall valuing of the internet itself (another subject, another time). I'll be posting as soon as possible (yeah you've heard that before huh). Anyway go play outside.

Well guys, my computer is completely dysfunctional. Like to the point where windows wont load. Very annoying setback. I'm typing this from school, and as much as I love to stay here afterhours (sarcasm) I probably wont be interacting here in devart too much until I get rich and buy a new computer. Sorry about this, I'll try to jump in on the school computer as much as I can to keep up. ~Chris

Hi All, just wanted to thank you for all your productive commentary on my artistic efforts, its made posting my work, and viewing your work, very worthwhile. I apologize for my lack of participation this last week or so, as I've been preparing for a big move...and as of early tommorow morning I will be taking off for my home in Tampa Florida...(apologies to anyone who have already had to listen to me talk about this for months) and it will probably be awhile before I have access to a computer again. But I'll be back, once I'm settled on the other side of the mississipi...thanks again for all your support, especially my fellow AICers!! Ya'll have done well in motivating me, whether in one way or another...and I hope we can keep motivating eachother, despite being on opposite sides of the country. But...I think I'll give in to unmotivation and take a few days to relax first Bye everyone, and thanks again.
